I always wanted a better way to guide users through the record creation process, and had some experience with onboarding libraries like shepherd.js.
As things stand now, often departments will have large written guides, with images of the App if you are lucky. Some try to go with labels for various fields, but the labels clutter up the App and stick around if you don't need them.
